By loading offers to your Scene+ card, you will not be required to print and provide cashiers with a paper copy for redemption. Any My Grocery Offers digital coupons loaded to your card will automatically be redeemed when you meet the purchase conditions listed on the coupon and use your Scene+ card at checkout.

Why do I have to load My Grocery Offers digital coupons?

Yes. Each offer is only valid for a specific period of time, which is noted on the offer. Each offer displays the expiration date at the top left of the offer tile.

Do My Grocery Offers digital coupons expire?

Once your offers are loaded, simply use your Scene+ card when you checkout at a participating store and meet the purchase conditions listed on the digital coupon. This offer will be instantly redeemed and can be seen on your receipt. Your redeemed offers will also immediately move to the redeemed tab on this site.

How do I redeem My Grocery Offers digital coupons?

It’s simple! When you log into My Grocery Offers, all offers will automatically be loaded to your Scene+ card. Once offers are loaded, they will be redeemed after you meet the purchase conditions listed on the digital coupon use your Scene+ card at checkout. 
Sobeys customers can also load their offers directly through the Sobeys Mobile App, available on the App store or Google Play.

How do I load My Grocery Offers digital coupons onto my Scene+ card?

It's easy! All you have to do is log into My Grocery Offers or the Sobey app to automatically load your offers, and then shop in the participating store and meet the conditions listed on the coupon. You can load your offers through this website, or one-click load when you are signed up to emails from My Grocery Offers. Sobeys customers can also load their offers directly through the Sobeys Mobile App, available on the App store or Google Play. 

How do I use My Grocery Offers digital coupons?

Anyone who has a valid Scene+ card and has earned at least 1 Scene+ point in a participating store will begin receiving regular offers. In order to view your offers on My Grocery Offers, you will need to add your Scene+ card to your account. You can easily sign up and add your Scene+ card number <a href="https://mygroceryoffers.login-seconnecter.ca/register/?gig_region=atlantic" aria=label="signup">here</a>. 
Sobeys customers can also access offers through the Sobeys mobile app once they have added a Scene+ card number to their account.

Who can receive My Grocery Offers digital coupons?

If you don’t have a Scene+ account, visit <a href="https://www.sceneplus.ca/register" rel="noopener" target="_blank" class="simple-link" aria-label="sceneplus">sceneplus.ca/register</a> to get started. You can also visit your local participating store and a teammate will be happy to assist you.

How can I get a Scene+ card?

If you’re not already a member with a participating grocery store or My Grocery Offers, simply <a href="https://mygroceryoffers.login-seconnecter.ca/register/?gig_region=atlantic" aria-label="signup">sign up</a> for an account and you’ll be asked to add your Scene+ card through the registration process. You can also link your Scene+ account to track your points balance in My Grocery Offers! 
If you’re already a member with a participating grocery store or My Grocery Offers, you can add your Scene+ card in <a href="https://www.mygroceryoffers.ca/my-profile" aria-label="account settings">Account Settings</a>.

How do I add my Scene+ card to my account to receive digital offers?

The My Grocery Offers program is currently available at Sobeys and Foodland & Participating Co-ops in Atlantic Canada. More grocery stores will be added in late 2022 and early 2023.

Which stores participate in the My Grocery Offers program?

The My Grocery Offers program is a digital coupon program that provides personalized bonus offers to Scene+ members who regularly shop in our participating stores. These bonus offers can be either Scene+ Points offers or Instant Savings and are based on each customers shopping history at our stores, so you will have offers on the items your already enjoy and ones we think you might be interested in.

What is the My Grocery Offers program?

If similar My Grocery Offers digital coupons are loaded, the offer that requires the highest spend will be redeemed first.

If I load My Grocery Offers digital coupons that are similar, which offer will be redeemed first?

Most My Grocery Offers digital coupons are for single redemption only. However, offers that allow multiple redemptions will feature a progress bar. The progress bar is a convenient tracking tool that allows you to see how many times the offer has been redeemed. Offers with multiple redemptions will stay in the Loaded tab until all redemptions have been made.

Can I redeem My Grocery Offers digital coupons more than once?

You can redeem your ‘Loaded’ My Grocery Offers digital coupons at participating stores by simply using your Scene+ card at checkout and meeting the purchase conditions listed on the offer.

How do I redeem My Grocery Offers digital coupons at checkout?

If you have signed up to receive emails from your favourite local grocery store, you will be notified via email whenever new offers are available. Sign up and add your Scene+ card number <a href="https://mygroceryoffers.login-seconnecter.ca/register/?gig_region=atlantic" rel="noopener" aria-label="signup">here</a>. 

The My Grocery Offers site is Mobile Responsive, so customers can log in from any device to see if they have new offers available before planning their next shop. Sobeys customers can also check the mobile app to see if they have new offers available.

You will regularly receive a new set of offers. You can be notified when you have new offers waiting by signing up for emails from your favourite local grocery store.

When will I receive new offers?

Your My Grocery Offers digital coupons stay on your card until you redeem them or they expire.

View the ‘<a href="https://www.mygroceryoffers.ca/offers">Loaded</a>’ tab to see all of your loaded offers.

How do I find which My Grocery Offers digital coupons have been loaded to my Scene+ card?

Your offers will stay on the ‘<a href="https://www.mygroceryoffers.ca/offers"aria-label="available">Available</a>’ tab until they are loaded, redeemed or expire. If you are signed up to emails from your favourite local grocery store or have the Sobeys App, all of your offers will move from the Available tab to the Loaded Tab automatically when you click to load

How long do My Grocery Offers digital coupons stay on the Available tab?

Your My Grocery Offers digital coupons are selected based on purchases made when your Scene+ card was used at checkout. Your friends’ offers may be different because they would have their own, unique purchase history.

Why is my friend receiving different My Grocery Offers digital coupons than me?

Offers are selected based on the types of products you buy, and the ones we think you’ll love. The more you use your Scene+ card when you checkout at participating stores, the better we’re able to select offers just for you.

How do you select the My Grocery Offers digital coupons I receive?

Yes, you will need to have a Scene+ card and have earned at least 1 Scene+ point in a participating store to start receiving My Grocery Offers digital coupons.
